Putnam Sheriff Asks For Public's Help In Finding Suspect

CARMEL, N.Y. -- The Putnam County Sheriff's Department is looking for the public's help in locating a woman who is wanted on charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Christina E. Padian, 35, failed to appear for a scheduled court hearing in October in Carmel Town Court. She had been charged with two counts of seventh-degree crinimal possession of a controlled substance.

Police report that Padian’s last known location was Carmel. She is described at being 5 foot 8 inches with brown hair and brown eyes.
